We usually think we have a correct understanding and impression of the phenomena that surround us. However, there are many things we don’t see or consider. Everyone interprets based on their own knowledge and experience. But the universe we live in works differently from what we think. Let’s explore the lessons the universe has for us:
1. Nothing in nature, or rather, in the universe, exists solely for itself. Rivers don’t use their own water, trees don’t eat their own fruits, the sun doesn’t use its own heat and light, and flowers don’t spread their fragrance just for their own enjoyment. Everything in the universe is in service to others.
2. Nothing is inherently bad or disgusting except for mocking and judging others.
3. There is no sin other than violating others’ rights.
4. Nothing deserves a reward except for serving others.
5. No action makes one a legend and icon but kindness to others.
6. Nothing is eternal and immortal except love and the impact of our actions on others, whether good or bad.
7. True happiness and prosperity are attained only through knowledge and enlightenment.
8. No enemy is more dangerous and malicious than ignorance.
9. If we judge someone negatively, the universe may place us in a similar situation to teach us that everyone acts similarly under comparable circumstances.
10. If you have a solution to someone’s problem, offer it to them. If you can help someone, do it. Be the miracle in others’ lives, as everything in the universe holds a touch of the miraculous. Someone else may also become the miracle in your own life.
11. Don’t give up on serving others, even if they fail to recognize the value of your actions. Just like the sun, the moon, and other elements in the universe, they are indifferent to whether someone acknowledges their worth. They simply carry out their duty.
12. Different people perceive you differently. While someone may see you negatively, another may consider you great. While you may be attractive to one person, another may not find anything appealing about you. However, all these perceptions are flawed, as they don’t truly reflect who you are. As a unique member of the universe, you possess your own special place and meaning. Just like the sun, which was once revered as a deity but is now understood as a star that provides us with light and heat, there are 200 billion trillion other stars like the sun in the universe.
13. No one and nothing should be labeled as your friend or your enemy. They all exist because they must, just like you.
14. Things do not change based on our thoughts and judgments, but we perceive them differently when we alter our thoughts and judgments.
15. Everything, whether good or bad, is temporary. Nothing will endure forever.
