Would You Like to Become the Richest in the World?

If you have been following my posts, you know that humans are the most fascinating creatures to me. I have explained in my other posts that even the most beautiful and complicated phenomena in the universe cannot be as interesting and amazing as humans. Humans’ lives never stop making you amazed. I spend lots of time learning about humans. I was looking at the list of the richest in the world on Forbes. While reading about them, I thought about different things like their lives, businesses, strategies, income resources, etc.

It is not easy to get in the richest list, while it is even harder to stay in that list for several years. There are so many smart and hard-working people who deserve to become extremely rich. But, it seems a little bit of luck is also necessary. You have to be in the right place at the right time, otherwise you won’t get anywhere, no matter how smart and hard-working you are. Have all the richest you see in the Forbes list been lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time? I think yes. They all have been extremely smart and hard-working. But, they have also been lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time, otherwise they wouldn’t have been able to make the most of their intelligence and hard-work.

For example, Warren Buffett says that he has made his first investment and bought three shares of Cities Service at the age of 11. It is amazing that he was smart enough to understand the value of investment when he was 11, which is the age that almost all boys think about nothing but playing and having fun. But, could he do it if he wasn’t in the United States and he lived in the North Pole or Tibet mountains? While (1) he was smart enough, (2) the strong and flourishing economy of the United States had an important role in his success too.

No doubt that not everyone is that lucky to have both at the same time. Most people don’t have a chance to become financially free, let alone becoming rich or the richest. They work hard their whole life just to survive. This cannot be changed for most of the people of the world.

While I was looking at the list of the richest, I thought that not even one in a million has the chance to become like those people, but can’t they be part of a system that is among the richest in the world???

Many of those you see in the Forbes list have thousands or even hundreds of thousands of employees. For example, Amazon‘s total number of employees in 2022 was 1,541,000. These people are just employees. They live paycheck to paycheck. They have no share from Amazon’s wealth. They can be laid off at any time (here). But, what if they all had a share from Amazon’s wealth, based on the years of their work and participation in the company’s progress???

Surely they still couldn’t say that they were among the richest in the Forbes list. But, they could say, although they were not the richest, they were an important part of one of the richest companies in the world.

Not everyone is lucky enough to be among the richest. But, aren’t they lucky to be part of a rich system or community too?

I am sure none of those companies will ever agree to give such a privilege to their employees. Even if they want to do it, it is too late for them to make such a huge revolution because they have been working for decades. Besides, their multibillionaire owners never agree to give up on their wealth and divide it among their employees. However, we are already doing it here on LuckScout.

All other multi billion dollar companies have been the same too. But the difference is, their owners are now multi billionaires, but their employees who helped the company to grow, are still living paycheck to paycheck and have no job security.

We are doing this for the first time in history. We cannot make our members the richest. But, if they help the community to grow, one day they can say that although they are not the richest in the world, they are an important part of the only community of this type that is the richest community in the world.
