Do you like to sleep with a fan on?

I sleep with the fan on I’m the spring and summer time I like to be cool but I put all the fans up in the winter time .

I always sleep with a fan on I have to if I don’t, I will wake up sweating.

The fan gets turned night especially living in a state with perpetual summer and the kids know it means it’s time for bed or relaxed us and circulates the air while we sleep and yes it gets cold every single morning lol but it helps us sleep well at night and if you wonder what is like to forget to turn the fan on we all wake up in puddles of sweat in various hours losing time from sleep but God willing we can rely on our trusty ceiling fan.

Yep, the fan in my bedroom is on year-round here, even when it’s cold.

Oh, absolutely! I HAVE to have a fan on because in order for me to sleep comfortably, I need to be cold and have constant air flow. And I need the ambient sound.

I do so only during the summer months and occasionally if it is too warm in the house Also I agree,a fan should not be blowing directly over or at anyone.The cold air does relieve the heat,but it can have side effects.

I sleep with an electric fan to make the room cool, because I am uneasy when its warm and I cannot sleep.
