Have you ever experienced violence in your work place?

We work under strict work ethics, therefore, no violence in whatsoever ways.

Actually in all my days in employment I’ve never.

Yes, I have experience violence at workplace relating to my job as payroll Technician.

yes i do where colleagues was fighting with each other

I have come close to colleagues arguing with each other over petty things,or about work performance, including promotions or pay raises,but never did anyone come out to settle any problem with violent outcomes.That is not something I would want to be part of or see.

Yes I have this happened years ago I was a manager of a store. One night I had to work because I had an employee who called off at the last minute and i wasn’t able to get anyone else to come in. Long story short I got robbed by gun point that night that was the most scariest experience i’ve ever had.

Thankfully, no, I have never experienced it personally.

Not at work, but at home.

Yes But i was able to calm the situation down Thank God.

Sometimes all that is need is a kind word and a warm smile  a Little bit of understanding and the willingness to help them.

I count my self lucky. I have never encountered such a worst behavior at our place of work.

I’ve encountered instances of miscommunication, leading to heated discussions, but thankfully, they never escalated to violence or required police intervention. It’s crucial to navigate disagreements with understanding and open communication to ensure a peaceful resolution. 🤝✨
