Well if you’re talking about cheating in a relationship that deals with the emotions of two people and lying you can just lie about anything really but if you’re talking about cheating in the sense of perhaps cheating on a test then sure that would be considered dishonest.

Really I don’t think that there is that much of a difference. A cheater will lie and a liar will cheat.
