Can you describe spiciness to someone who has never tasted anything spicy in life?

Spiciness is a taste perception , & as such, it is simply subjective. There is no way to create an objective scale for rating it.

Try to taste hot peppers or red peppers, then you will understand what am describing you. Very bitter and having a burning sensation to your tongue.

I mean I could but they still wouldn’t know however I could spark their interest.

It kind of makes the food unpleasant if it’s too spicy and it’ll make your mouth burn.

There’s a real nice tasty tingling on your tongue with each bit. At times it may feel like your nose is on fire with steam.
