I want to say the last past ten years my body has let me know it’s been breaking down slowly but surely.
You’re welcome Josie
In my 60s I really noticed knee and shoulder problems. Soon I will be entering my 70s. I hope that won’t be even more problems.
Thank you for your comment! I hope I can make it up a flight of stairs when I get that age. Keep on moving Ms. Sandra!
Noticed my knees getting bad last year after a terrible fall. My left knee is bone-on-bone… thanks to volleyball in high school, my knees wreak havoc.
Also I am doubled jointed and my joints ache all the time.
Oh gosh, I understand you, I have injured both of my knees when I was younger. Been feeling it ever since. Getting older doesn’t help.
Thank you for your comment!

Trust me I understand, I am a type 2. Thank you for commenting!
I conquer with you all. When you go a little past 40, and may be you will recount plus another ten, that is when you will realize the short fall.
