Do You Go Jogging Mornings Or Evenings?

I don’t jog, but I do walk in the mornings mostly. Sometimes because of work I have to delay it until evening but I feel better when I am able to do it in the morning to get my day started.

Before my knee injury I would go jogging early in the morning and sometimes late in the evening. Now I’ll go for a walk in the evening.

I don’t jog but if I did it would be in the evening cause it’s much cooler

I prefer early evenings, mostly. If I can fit a workout early in the afternoon it would be much better for me, but it depends on whether I finish work for the day early or not.

No, I am not a jogger. I wish I was, however, I like to walk in the morning.
