It’s the diet that works individually for you.
Of course, we are aware that we’re all different. That goes for our dieting habits as well. What works for one may not necessarily work for the another. This is the reason why when a study on weight loss or healthy eating habits is conducted, sure enough there’s always a majority of individuals, let’s say out of 100 people, 89% a specific supplement will work particularly well for.
Yet, and still, there’s that small percentage left that the supplement didn’t work for or hadn’t caused any effective change to.
What’s definitely important to consider, however, are the key targets in need of tackling to keep off excessive fat, as well as the key elements one body needs to focus on in an effort to remain healthy for a long time, but as an individual on a daily basis. One must be sure to factor in all essential matters in efforts to avoid any negative reactions and/or unwanted responses.
Then, many of us prefer to include exercising plans. The daily exercises this person are performing everyday doesn’t work for that person who only needs or can perform their routine 3 days out of the week. With that being said, health related conditions would be an essential matter to include as well.
Exercise routines, dietary supplements, diet meal plans, nutrients tolerance and intake, and ingredient tolerance and intake not only differs amongst healthier individuals, but will definitely vary for those suffering with health conditions, such as: diabetics type 1, and type 2, cancer patients and the type of cancer, individuals with underlying heart conditions like COPD, or any other health concern.
Hand-in-hand with physical health goes mental health. Not everyone will need nor tolerate special and specific ingredients, nutrients, and supplements the same, if at all. When compared to one another, there will be those who diet plans are similar, but wouldn’t be the exact same following all aspects considered.
Some people may have a high level of potassium, vitamin c, or other nutrients and shouldn’t eat a banana everyday, whereas others are deficient in the same areas and is advised to partake of a banana twice a day for everyday of the week. Oh, and our hormone balance plays a significant role in daily dieting also.
It all depends on a number of factors for each individual that must be observed when talking “the best diet for longevity.” That factor list includes:
Current levels of nutrients
- List of deficient nutrients, if any
- List of high-level nutrients, if any
- Levels of hormones
- List of current exercise routine, if any
- List of current diet plan, if any
- List of all current health related conditions
- List of surgeries performed in entire life, including vasectomy, hysterectomy, and mastectomy, if any
- List of known family related history of any and all health conditions
- List of all medication intake(s), if any
- List of any over-the-counter medicine intake, if any
- List of all possible side effects of current medications, including over-the-counter, if applicable
- List of all allergies, including medication allergies, if any
- List of food allergies such as food dye, shellfish, and nut allergies
- For women, a list of all childbirths, miscarriages, and abortions, if any
- List of any major chemical exposures, such as radiation and asbestos
- Any mental health related conditions including PTSD, OCD, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, depression, etc.
This is the main reason a diet for longevity would be completely different for each of us. We pretty much know our own bodies and what we can tolerate or not.
It’s always best to get tested for the things listed by your doctor for a complete idea of where your health stands overall in order to implement the correct vitamins, nutrients, and food ingredients tailored to fit your personal needs.
Conduct your own research as to the considerations for daily intake of key supplements etc. according to your body and where all factors stand. Then, talk to your doctor or seek the advice of a qualified health professional and compare it with your own research.

Not a problem. I appreciate your response. I prefer for people to get the best results out of what their aiming to accomplish. It beats wasting a lot of time, wasting effort, wasting energy, and wasting money on repetitive trial and error. Those are the goals of money hungry lurking imposters masked behind fabricated identities. Anyhow, enjoy the rest of your day, Elias!
You can eat anything and gain weight, if you eat to much at once or all the time you will gain weight. Yes even fruit, veggies and seeds and everything else that is good for you. The best diet anyone can have is.
- Drink at least 3 litres of water per day
- Moderate your intake of food
- Eat little and often
- Avoid the fattiest foods where possible
- Eat from each food group at least once a week
