If Someone Gave You 100 Acres of Land, What Would You Do With It?

A quarter of the  land I’d dedicate to building a bunch of tiny homes or living spaces to help get some of the homeless off of these streets, along with an onsite, live-in, versatile health treatment facility, mostly focused on mental health wellness/wellcare, but that would also extend services and resources to as many other health conditions as possible. This would help create jobs for those struggling to find work related to their field of study.

Another quarter I’d build a 3-way farm with a bread mill and a farmers market for those living within the 100 acre area. This would create even more jobs for those who wants to learn to farm or are already experienced in farming or other relevant areas and are in need of work. Another portion would include optional onsite living for the workers and their families.

The third quarter I’d split half (12.5 acres) to build a daycare for children with optional onsite living, opening the door to more job opportunities as well. The other half I’d dedicate part of it to Veterans by building a recreational workshop filled with a bunch of different activities & things to do from working on bikes to shooting pool, to playing games of all sorts. This would help entertain Veterans, giving them a variety of fun things to engage in to keep their minds off of other things that may bother or challenge them daily. I would allow them to run it themselves. The other half would house Veterans completely free of charge including utilities.

Each quarter would have their very own dog/pet fun park & care facility. Since animal lovers can be found that’ll dedicate their time volunteering for free to care for pets, I would open up another door for even more jobs, allowing them to actually be compensated for their time.

Finally, the remainder 25 acres I’d give one acre a piece totalling 5 acres to each of our children. The rest I’d be pondering on new ideas as I’m working on building the first 80%.

I wouldn’t sell. Build and farm.

Not sure. Have to think about this one.

I will build a farmhouse with a long driveway and a big yard. Buy more cows and the  rest of the land is for farm rent.

Build. And put me some animals  on the acres and be my own farmer  lol🤣😊

I would build myself a mini mansion and become a farmer with the rest of the land. I would plant vegetation and get a few animal and then live high off the land.

If someone give me 100 hectares of land, I would turn it into a Runch. A portion it for beef cattle and wild meat animals such buffaloes and gazel.

If I had plenty of money, I would put a big house right in the middle of it and several other houses for family members. Since I don’t have plenty of money, I would probably develop the land and sell off lots for a new subdivision and make lots of money doing so.

I would put a pool, basketball court, a house, and a guest house.
