What’s the differences between soulmate and twin flame?

I really cannot differentiate soulmate from twin flame, since I don’t have a clue on that twin flame. I’m just familiar of a soulmate who’s like “someone who I can get along with, as someone who has a lot of things in common with me, as someone who accepts us for who we really are, someone who you felt you have already met before, which actually haven’t yet, who’s your other half, and most of all, that someone who is really meant to be your lifetime significant other.
