To a certain degree in terms of diet, exercise, lifestyle choices (smoking, drinking alcohol, drugs, etc ) and keeping our minds active. Aging is inevitable but we can control some factors and slow it down a bit!
Yes, it’s important to stay mentally engaged and have a positive mindset and outlook!! You’re very welcome Anthony and have a wonderful Monday my friend
Not at all
Everyone ages. There’s no way to stop it entirely.
Thank you Samuel Anigbo for you’re answer
Sometimes, yes.
Depend on how individuals live their lives
Our choices don’t stop aging, but they can slow it down and greatly affect how healthy we age.
Thank you YUSUF IDOWU DAVID for you’re answer
We don’t have control over our aging process
You don’t control whether you age, but you have meaningful control over how you age, how healthy, functional, and fulfilled you feel over time.
Thank you Sonde Adebimpe Oluwafeyikemi for you’re answer to the question
Absolutely, as you take foods as nature requires.
Our choices don’t stop aging, but they can slow it down and greatly affect how healthy we age:
Good sleep helps repair cells and regulate hormones.
Nutrition balanced eating supports cells, skin, brain, and organs.
Physical activity keeps muscles, bones, heart, and brain younger.
Thanks you Hillary Ogana for you’re answer
Yes, if we feed right and do away with chemicals. And Go back to nature.
Feeding right does help!!
Eating well supports your body’s ability to repair and protect itself, which can slow down age-related damage.
Thank you so much Ojo Abiola Racheal, I really appreciate you’re answer..
We don’t have control over ageing. However, we can help ourselves to age strong and healthy by eating right and exercising in the right manner
Yes absolutely. While we can’t stop aging, eating right and exercising properly are two of the strongest ways to age strong and healthy.
Thank so much once again Uche Ogonnaya Nancy
We age gracefully well with time. But our lifestyles too as effect on us,thus contributing to our ageing.
Factors such as:
What we eat and drink.
Association we keep.
Relationships with God and men.
lifestyle does affect us, and it does contribute to how we age. And for many people, their relationship with God or spirituality also plays a role, especially in mental and emotional well-being.
Thank you so much Shijuola Kayode, I really appreciate you’re answer
We don’t control aging completely, but we do influence it. Our lifestyle, mindset, and habits can slow or speed up how we age, even though time itself is unavoidable.
Aging well is less about fighting time and more about supporting the body and mind you have.
Our daily choices affect how fast damage accumulates and how well the body repairs itself.
Thank so much Glory Peter Etim
I really appreciate you’re answer to the question.
Well, you know, we can’t really control getting older—it’s just part of life. But taking care of ourselves by eating right, staying active, and all that good stuff can definitely help us age better. And hey, there are things like medical treatments and skincare that might smooth out some wrinkles and stuff. So, while we can’t stop the clock, we can do our best to stay healthy and feel good as we age.
Dear Denise Gamez
that is so true,
Thank you so much I really appreciate
your answer.
You’re welcome, Anthony!
I do believe one can take better care of themselves and you may be able to slow aging down for a bit, however, aging will catch up with you, one way or another. No matter how hard you try.
Dear Phyllis Cobbins
True,
Thank you so much I really appreciate
you’re answer.
You are welcome!

Absolutely correct, I totally agree!!
Your mindset plays a role. People who stay mentally engaged, emotionally resilient, and adaptable often age better psychologically, even if their bodies change.
Thank you so much I really appreciate you’re answer Teresa Tackett
