Which activity would you choose?

I’d go for deep sea diving

I have to be honest I can’t imagine doing either they are both my worse fear.

If I can get up enough nerves, it would be bungee jumping.

Deep sea diving. Never done bungee before but jumped out of airplanes many times before while serving in the military.
