People say love is not supposed to hurt, is this true or not?

I feel like if you don’t know what hurt is you don’t know love, just my opinion .

You know you (really )love(d) someone when they have moved on from this world, and you feel that in your soul that pain knowing you will never see or talk to them again. That’s a love that hurts.

Yes love is not suppose to hurt because love forgives, love does not count errors but our perception has made us see it from a different angle, if we really love genuinely, no hurt at all

It does hurt when your loves ones pass away, and it will take time to heal from it, but you must remember they are in a better place don’t have to suffer anymore it doesn’t lessen the pain well just a thought.
