I normally attend church services on Sunday morning. After I come home, many times I’m still full from breakfast, so I lie down and take a nap. I’m an R&B artist, so relaxing for me is recording a new single. It’s one of my favorite things to do on a Sunday.
I am. I am “Cat Sheffield” on iTunes. I have several singles in multiple genres, but I have a particular affinity for smooth jams. “Whiskey Lips” is the one that my male fans tend to remember.
If I am home and not traveling… Church service on Sunday morning. Family dinner with my in-laws. Take a nap with my two year old. Get thins situated for the week to the best of my ability.
