Lol,, my Mum, used to like the Dunkin Yellow cake. Actually it’s wasn’t to my taste. I guess I just love my fruit cakes..lol.

Very welcome! I think it’s normally cream cheese icing. I’m just not the biggest fan of icing because it becomes overwhelmingly sweet. So I stick to whipped cream frosting if it’s available.
