It is the parents who is to blame because it is all in the way that you rear a child that will determine correct decision making on the children’s part. In other words, children have to be guided by the parents in the right way. Bad parenting in my opinion is what leads children into going astray.

I think a lot of outside factors can have an influence but in all the parents are at fault, you have a responsibility when you have a child to look after them to keep them safe and to teach them. You are not withholding your parental responsibility if you do not know where your child is or what they are up too, taking control of a children in these situations may be difficult but a good parent would do everything to never stop trying to remedy the problem and get help in place.

I know there can be other influences, but ultimately parents and other important adults in a child’s family are responsible for guiding them down correct paths
