I work mostly 5-6 days a week when hours aren’t being cut, but even when hours are cut I find myself low on energy and in a rut where I just don’t have any interest really to do much because of being down from not spending enough time with my husband and three children. Sometimes soaking in a bubble bath just doesn’t do it.
I have to take an off duty, rest, relax and statergise.
That’s understandable.
I do pole fitness, I have three disabled children and need time for myself. It helps me feel fit and healthy and has given me confidence I never knew I could have I am strong and feel more energetic than ever!
That has been something I’ve been wanting to get into for many years now, especially when I first had my daughter it was really hard to get a job, so for 3 years straight I used to be a dancer. Still trying to get my husband to get me a pole for the house, mostly because I don’t feel comfortable in public places when knowing no one and being by myself.
I completely understand that but if you can ever get to even an online class it can be the best thing to start, the support and sister hood I’ve experienced is something I’ve never had in my life
I will really look into doing that!
I do hope you find something either way
You know that you haven’t always been down like that so my answer would find something else to do to occupy your mind something that you would enjoy doing also keep yourself surrounded by people who care about your well-being and who would help to uplift your spirit that’s what I would do.
I love that answer, and I completely agree.
You’re welcome Kimberly
I always find comfort in prayer and reading the Bible.
I love that answer. I may not be able to go to church because of being at work, but that would be a great way. I love hearing about other’s different ways of doing things.

Only problem with me resting is when I fall asleep, I wont wake up normally unless someone wakes me up or I wake up the next morning lol.
