Which one is smarter in terms of cleanliness a dog or cat. I think a cat would be more cleaner than a dog although I have never had either of them. I see people walking their dogs so that they can go to toilet but I have never seen anyone walking their cat and I tend to wonder how do they go to toilet without messing up the house? 😗😗😗
It depends really, with cats the reason you don’t see them go outside is because unless they are an outside cat, then they are potty trained with a litter box, although they do tend to sometimes get the litter out of the box when covering their feces up. But I tend to believe cats are cleaner than dogs, I’ve had both types of animals.
I’d say a cat is much more cleaner. If u have a train car. Yes that’s sounds crazy. I grew up with cats that my father trained the would sit wen u say n not dare pee or poop anywhere but where they should. Our cats actually used the toilet 😂. N responded to commands like a dog.. but that’s just my experience.

The difference between a dog and a cat is the dog has to be trained, and a cat don’t. Don’t think one is cleaner than the other maybe more aware the cat tends to be, because they both mark their territory the cat does it in the house and the dog outside more or less sometimes inside if they smell another animal, they will inside which is why they do outside. Cats are smart but can be nasty little creatures in more ways than one.

A dog can be trained to do more simple tasks than a cat, though cat is naturally smart and clean.
