A major green flag for me is when someone genuinely listens and is attentive during conversations. It’s such an important trait because it shows respect, empathy, and the ability to connect on a deeper level. Communication is key, and being able to engage with someone who values what you say creates a strong, trustworthy bond.
Do you mean things that give a signal that tells you that the thing is good/ healthy?
In that sense, what gave me the green flag with Luckscout was listening to Vahid over a few videos and getting a feel for his genuine sentiments and ideas to help people. That was a major green flag for me to follow him into joining Luckscout!
