For me, it’s the philosophy of stoicism that resonates most when it comes to navigating life’s challenges. Stoicism teaches that while we can’t control external events, we can control our reactions to them. It encourages focusing on what we can influence—our thoughts, actions, and attitudes—while accepting things beyond our control with grace.
The idea of virtue being enough to live a fulfilling life, regardless of circumstances, helps me put challenges into perspective. When things get tough, it’s about not letting frustration or external turmoil dictate your inner peace. Instead, it’s about acknowledging difficulties, accepting what is, and choosing how to respond, focusing on personal growth, wisdom, and resilience.
Praying gives me hope and helps me to embrace and tackle changes in a positive way. Also support from my family.
