I think the regular stick shift cars should come back, no electric.
My mom and dad surprised me with a Datson 240Z on my 16th birthday. Two-seater and stick.
My dad taught me how to drive stick. He even took me to a road that was on a hill at a stop sign. I couldn’t go forward. Every time I tried, I would roll backwards. I wanted him to drive after a while but that was a negative. I did it and actually, came pretty good, I could do the rock & back! My second vehicle, pickup with tall shift stick in middle.
I feel safer in a stick because I feel that I have more control. prefer them still today.

Yeah the automotive industry is phasing out the stick shift. But I love them too. Had 4 of them since High School. Thanks for sharing.
