What is your favorite type of pasta and how do you usually like it to be cooked?

I don’t consume Pastas so often, but my boys craves for it so much. Their brand is SANTA MARIA.

I enjoy linguine with my own sauces, and like Teresa, it has to be al dente 🙂

I love spaghetti noodles cooked with Italian sausage, yum! And for most types of pasta I like it cooked al dente because I don’t like it mushy. Shrimp Alfredo is really good too.
