I know many people with anxiety issues and for most of them, there are certain things/people/places/circumstances that seem to trigger their anxiety or panic attacks. So, there does seem to be some kind of order to it since it doesn’t happen randomly but due to something specific.

l think Anxiety can follow patterns, but its triggers and intensity vary widely.
So it become a disorder when it’s intensity goes up. Thank Symister and i appreciate your comment.
Its not just anxiety disorder, there is panic disorder, Eating Disorder, Sleep disorder. So I think it is just a term they use.
