When I think of the things that I have tried to do that I thought would be easy, several things come to mind. For instance, I thought learning to sew would be easy, but learning to thread the machine would give me a fit. I thought writing a book would be easy. It’s been seven years and I haven’t finished it yet. I thought making candles would be easy. I purchased all the supplies and still haven’t made the first candle yet. I thought learning to swim would be easy but it wasn’t and It’s always more to the process.
Taking things apart and putting them back together. It appears to be easy because taking it apart is, but the problem is trying to remember you have to put it back together the same way you took it apart.

Painting the walls and ceiling in the house I used to live in years ago. It looks easy but I quickly found out it was a WHOLE lot more physical work and harder than I bargained for lol 🤣 🤣 🤣 that was a months long project because I couldn’t get very motivated after the first day lol.
As, they say, I have been there before on that one, Teresa! I understand 100%. Yes, painting a room looks easy, but the physical toll it took on my body, was like, yuck! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
