What’s the best and worst part about getting older?

The best part of getting older for me, is being retired and getting my pension every month.

The worse part of getting older for me, is when I pass the mirror, I ask, who is that looking back at me.

aches and pains that can make everyday life hard

The best part about getting older is…… feeling a little more comfortable in your own skin because of the confidence you have gained over the years.

The worst part about getting older is the medical issues that arise.

Managing finances and being responsible for all expenses is the hardest part of being an adult for me.

My answer is the same for both parts of the question.    Seeing my children grow.   Never have I been so proud and at the same time my heart breaks as they  mature and leave the home.

When we  get older we become wiser.As individuals we often possess a vast knowledge and life experience, allowing us to  go through challenges with greater ease and offer valuable guidance. 

The bad side of it is, when we get older it is possible that we will encounter decreased physical mobility. Aging can lead to physical ailments and reduced physical fitness, potentially impacting mobility and independence. We  are more likely to experience health problems. The risk of developing chronic conditions increases with age. 

Virginia, you are exactly correct, in everything you said. I’m not sure I can add anything more. But, just sometimes pains in the joints. All the more reasons why I got to do exercise and that’s why I’m always making my special fruit punch.
