When you are cleaning your house, apartment, or condo, what do you do first?
I tend to dust, then vacuum the carpeted areas, and finally, I will sweep and mop. With all the pet hair, it’s really the only way to make sure I have gotten everything in a manner that leaves less fur and dander in the air than if I did it any other order. I then go to the bathroom, clean what needs done there, then finally hit the bedrooms where I organize what has not been put in its proper places.
I was just curious as to what order other people clean their houses or living spaces. Thanks and have a great day!
The first place I start is in the kitchen because it usually needs the most attention.

I start with the one I room, I hate to clean the most. I might as well get it over it. I start in the bathroom first when I finish I move forward with the rest of the cleaning of rooms, until I finish.
I dislike cleaning as well , well my own living space but mostly because my husband is a hoarder. However I enjoy cleaning others living spaces and organizing things for them.

Just like you – vacuuming, dusting, and mopping the floor. But I always leave the bathroom and toilet for last. I usually start with the kitchen, then move on to the bedrooms and the living room.

I start with basic cleaning and then washing windows, the walls, the blinds, the ceiling, dusting, sweeping and mopping, the bathroom is the last thing i do

I do it last because the rest take the most time to do
I vacuum first, because vacuuming scatters dust and I don’t want to scatter dust on surfaces I’ve already dusted! I polish the furniture last.
I always started with dust before, but now I’m going to stop. Learning is a lifelong process

I clean my room the I spray it with fubreze so it smells great.

Oh my goodness, girl, don’t get me started on the kitchen! I love a spotless kitchen but apparently my teenage son and husband like to just pile dishes in the sink which is 1 ft away from the dishwasher. It’s so annoying. I can’t function in my kitchen until I have done a thorough scrub down and put everything where it belongs before starting to cook.
