Are you allergic to poison ivy/oak/sumac?

Actually I do while you are in the breakout stage stay away from water. What I mean is to keep water away from the affected areas as much as you can, because it not only will make it worse, but it will make it spread also try to not scratch the infected areas. I know that is hard to do but if you can it will help in the healing process. I think that staying away from water is why the poison ivy cream I used worked for me. One other thing since you are so susceptible to the poison ivy/ oak Leafs. I would have this suggestion stay inside so that you don’t expose yourself as much to it. Also maybe you might want to go see your doctor to see if there is a prescription that he or she can write that will help because sounds like the over the counter doesn’t work for you. Hope this bit of info helps I mean it did for me but what worked for me may not work for you.
