I will go with A. Tower of London.
You got it right! That’s it, the Tower of London! Thank you for your participation.
Yeah and you are welcome. Thanks Phyllis
From 1666 the crown Jewels have been stored and displayed. By the way the year 1666 was a terrible year in history, with the black death and so many terrible bad this in the one year that happened, people were calling that year the devil’s year or the year of the devil. Anyway I won’t go in the history of London, that history for a next time!! Anyway if anything if you come to London City I will be willing to take you around to all the history land marks!!! So you can see history with your own eyes!!!
Wow, that’s really interesting! I hope one day I will get up enough nerves to fly over to London and you can take me around and show me some of it’s history. Thank you so much for your comment!
The Tower of London is the historic fortress in London that is known for housing the Crown Jewels. It has been the home of the Crown Jewels since 1661 and is a popular attraction for visitors, according to Historic Royal Palaces. The Crown Jewels are a collection of over 23,578 gemstones and are still used in royal ceremonies today, says Historic Royal Palaces.
Wow! This is so interesting to me! You put the icing on the cake with your answers! I enjoy learning from you and my other friends. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Thank you for your participation.
Actually it’s not a fortress, it’s a Castle, the Tower of London, there are 21 Towers. The most famous tower in the centre of the court is the White Tower, built by William The Conqueror. Anyway I won’t go into the history of the tower of London, but the Crown Jewles are kept under armed guards in The Jewles House at the Tower of London.
Thank you for sharing this information with us, David. It is so important to know the truth and history. Thank you so much for your participation.
