How do you keep cool

My daughter found us neck fans❣ They are pretty nice❣

We are having heat advisory too for a while now. We have been going to grandkids ball games and Oh My, really hard to handle the heat. We have high humidity with it. The coaches bring wet cold towels dipped in ice water for the kids to wear around their neck while playing.

Same as Phyllis!! Wear cool or sweat wicking clothing too if you can. I sit right under the ceiling fan because it’s always super hot here in Arkansas in the summer months!

While at home, it’s either the air conditioning unit or ceiling fans. Of course, drinking water and taking cool showers.
