I believe when someone hurts you you return by doing good. That would make them question their own behaviour. Action speaks louder than words.
You are most welcome
You don’t have to feel sorry for someone who hurt you.

I don’t feel sorry for everyone who has hurt me, it depends on the person and the circumstances. But I am tender hearted and I do feel sorry for some who have hurt me because I know they will be hurt one day and know how it feels. Human feelings can be mysterious for sure!!

You’re welcome and happy Sunday Jacqueline
For me, it depends on who the person is that hurt me. Some, I may feel sorry for because I love them. On the other side of the coin, why would I feel sorry for them. There is no love lost. Just distance.
Your point of view is quite interesting thanks for sharing
You are welcome!
You have to feel sorry for someone who has hurt you because one day they will also be hurt by someone.
That is a unique way of looking at it thanks Hillary for sharing your comment
You don’t have to feel sorry for those who hurt you. It’s a choice, but it also goes along with being an empath and putting others’ feelings before your own.

There’s no law stating that you have too but many religious people believe you need too
No it’s not about religion it’s about your willingness to forgive someone who has wronged you. Some can’t find it in themselves to do it others can and in order to feel sorry you have to be willing to set aside the way they made you feel about their wrong actions towards you which is to forgive those actions also so that you can move forward you don’t want that negative in your life dragging you down life is hard enough thanks for sharing
Because forgiveness frees you reducing stress, anxiety, and resentment it heals your well‑being, not theirs
That is absolutely true thank you Ethienne for sharing your comment
That’s because I love them!!
Aww David that is sweet of you thank you for sharing your comment
You don’t. But forgiveness and empathy can be freeing for you. Holding hatred in your heart depletes your energy and lowers your frequency.
True I could’ve said it better myself thanks Erica for sharing your comment
