I’m going to have to go with mid week whatever day that may be for you and when you start your week. For example if you work Monday through Friday, then it would be Wednesday. I think because it is from when you started your week and when it ends….

Saturday for me, Sunday is my lazy day I don’t go anywhere and I don’t do anything just studying and sometimes a little work in my office.
