For me it’s usually either scrolling too much or when I start listening to music, I don’t want to stop.
It is addictive of sort. I see, thank for your comment.
You’re welcome
In my experience, the things that waste the most time aren’t always obvious. They’re often subtle habits that add up quietly.
For me, the biggest time-wasters tend to be:
1. Endless scrolling — whether it’s social media, news feeds, or even “productive” browsing. It often feels like I’m staying informed or connected, but much of it is passive consumption without real value.
2. Overplanning instead of doing — sometimes I spend more time making lists, researching the “best” way to do something, or organizing my workflow than actually taking action.
3. Multitasking poorly — switching between tasks fractures focus. What could take 20 minutes of deep work ends up taking an hour with distractions.
4. Unnecessary meetings or conversations — not all communication is wasteful, but interactions without clear purpose or direction can eat up meaningful chunks of the day.
I’m trying to be more mindful by setting time limits for scrolling, batching similar tasks, and protecting blocks of focused time. It’s a work in progress — but recognizing what wastes time is the first step.
Absolutely that a very great answer. Thank you Induka.

For me it’s unnecessary talk, just saying all manner of things
