I would rather to control the weather, especially if I’m traveling to be able to ovoid storms with stopping bad weather.
I would rather be able to control the weather, it affects so many lives, from farming to daily comfort, and it could help prevent disasters. Controlling people’s emotions feels too personal and might cross boundaries.
