Privacy is absolutely a right. Otherwise the weaklings can easily be trumpled upon. Just imagine the world without privacy. You will wish the ground swallow you a live.

Yes, the US recognizes a fundamental right to privacy. It’s not written in the Constitution, but is interpreted by the Supreme Court through several amendments, particularly the Fourth Amendment. There are circumstances in which those rights are limited.
