Happy Collect Rocks Day!

Do you collect rocks or precious stones? If so, which ones are your favorites?

I’m not a huge rock collector, but I do have a small stash of small river rocks that might get turned into jewelry one day. Maybe.

I do admire the shiny gemstones though, but I wouldn’t know what to do with them if I had them.

I’ve never heard of Happy Collect Rocks Day? But yes I used to collect rocks and stones from the beach when I was a child, I used to sell them to jewellery makers and stores.

Yes, I do. I enjoy collecting small, interesting stones I find on hikes or near the water. It’s a simple way to hold onto memories from different places.

I collect crystals/rocks like labradorite and amnethyst. I can’t say I have a favorite. Clear Quartz and fluorite are definitely in the top 10 though
