How old do you feel?

I rarely think about my age because it is just a number. My husband and I try to enjoy every moment of each day because life is so precious and age should not affect your enjoyment of life.

I feel pretty young I’m very active.

My mind feels older but my body feels younger because I have lots of energy most of the time. Except for when I’m hurting, then I feel old, lol.

Most of the time I feel younger than I am

In my mind I feel like I’m my teenage self even though my body just can’t do certain things like I was able to back then now.

After having my second back surgery at 36… I feel great, but some days I wonder lol.

I feel younger than my 65 years, probably due to exercise and I’m a very positive and happy person. Most of the time I feel about 35 and I’m so thankful!

Between the events of 2020 and my two children, I physically feel like I’m in my 30s, but I mentally feel like I’m an old soul. Happy Friday!

As I and my friends have got older I have realised that you do not age in your mind. All my friends remain very young at heart my friends range from their 30’s through to 80 and beyond and they all act like they are in their thirties. What we all agree on is that youth is wasted on the young. Young people in their twenties do not appreciate how great life is but as you age and become more experienced most people enjoy a better appreciation of life.

I feel timeless, not in an age sense, but in terms of perspective. Some days I feel curious and young, other days quietly wise. It really depends on the moment and the conversation.
