Lasagna. I love everything about it—the layers of rich meat sauce, creamy béchamel, gooey cheese, and perfectly tender pasta. But cooking it? That’s a whole saga. Between boiling noodles, simmering sauces, prepping fillings, and assembling the layers like a culinary architect, it feels like a marathon. And don’t even get me started on the cleanup.
Totally worth it when it’s done… but I’d rather someone else make it while I just show up with a fork.

Phyllis, Chili is one the Hubby’s dish, and I cut the onions for him. I don’t mind cutting and chopping at all. I will chop for you❣👩🏻🍳
