Yes, I like to shop with a list. The list helps to keep me grounded. Even though, I may go off the list for a few items, I know I’ve gotten what I really need and can afford.

I have a magnetic pad on refrigerator to jot down items as we go. I check everything in fridge, freezer and cabinets before I go plus, I load all my coupons. I will make notes on my list about the coupons that apply. I take my list, and I will be in the grocery store for 1 hour – 1 1/2 hours. I compare and prices with coupon and without.

Also, I will make a list for recipe ingredients that I want to make. 🛒
