Is lying gender based

Both men and women lie, whether its a little white lie or a big lie. IT doesnt matter, no it is not gender based however in my experience , men seem to lie more. although to play devils advocate its not like we as woman dont make it easy for them to lie with leading questions they fear will get them in the “dog house” for example…Honey, do you like my hair today, my makeup..etc? Do you think i look fat in these jeans?

I don’t know if there is a correct answer…. I’ve known both men and women who are pathological liars and also men and women that are incredibly honest. I think each is more likely to lie in certain ways or situations.

I do not believe so. I feel that it is a choice and based off  of a person’s integrity.
