That suspects are supposed to be “innocent until proven guilty” but unfortunately it seems to be the other way, people are often viewed as “guilty until proven innocent” here in the US. There are so many innocent people behind bars and it’s a shame!

Only if they are guilty, I mean you wouldn’t want someone to go to jail or get the death penalty unless they are actually guilty right

I would bring back the Public Hangings for non felony charges and I would bring back the Electric Chair for more serious charges ( especially for those sitting on death row for murder & for Child Predators )
I don’t think that is a good idea an eye for an eye. Wouldn’t you want those criminals to suffer for their wrong doings. How could they if they are deleted. This is a whole new era, and those years were awful back then. A lot of innocent lives were lost during those times. So, when you say they should bring back public hangings that’s a sensitive subject anyway why would you make a statement like that.
