Whichever is more important: reputation or character?

Character is what breeds reputation. A man is known for who he is.

One’s character  builds he reputation

The both are important

I think character is more important because, you may have all the Reputations but what will keep it going is character.
Once you are found wanting of bad character then your reputation is gone already.
So I think character should come first before reputation.

I think Character, we are our character, and our character will determine our reputation.

My reputation doesn’t completely define me but my character does.

I think character is more important, although reputation is important too. Sometimes reputation can be affected by things other people say that aren’t necessarily true. If you know you’re a good person, who cares what others think, especially those who like to spread untrue rumors? It’s character for me 😊
