From what I’ve learned, I genuinely believe AI has the potential to create more jobs than it destroys — but not automatically. The net effect depends on how society responds: people need opportunities to learn new skills, and companies and governments need to support retraining and fair transitions. If we prepare well, AI can help us build new careers and industries rather than simply erase old ones.
