Some of the best healthy snacks are ones that balance good nutrition with flavour, so they actually feel enjoyable rather than boring. A simple example is Greek yogurt with fruit and a drizzle of honey—it’s creamy, naturally sweet, and high in protein, which helps keep you full. Another easy option is apple slices with peanut butter, combining crunch and sweetness with healthy fats.
I LIKE DRIED BANANA CHIPS. CEREAL ISN’T BAD ANY TIME OF DAY TOO. BAKED LAYS ARE PRETTY GOOD TOO, IF YOU WANT TO COUNT THAT AS A HEALTHY SNACK. I GUESS IT ALL REALLY COME DOWN TO WHAT WE HAVE AROUND US TO EAT. IT COULD BE BAD OR GOOD JUST DEPENDS IF WE CHOOSE. I SAY IT SHOULDN’T MATTER WHAT WE EAT, JUST AS LONG AS YOUR NOT OVER DOING IT TO WHERE YOU MAKE YOURSELF UNHEALTHY OR ON HEADED YOUR WAY THERE. BUT HEALTHY SNACKS ARE GOOD TO EAT AND A GOOD WAY TO STAY ON THE HEALTHY SIDE.
