Calm down; to me its just like every other words although am nt the angry type, I hardly get angry bcos I usually overlooked situations or happenings.

I don’t remember anyone ever telling me to calm down, I’m a pretty laid back person and I don’t get upset easily. I have almost zero temper lol 🤣

Because of my health condition now I can’t react to it anymore. It use to bother me so much and I couldn’t stand when someone would tell me to calm down. But now I just don’t react to it.
