There shouldn’t be an issue with that she is your mother and when your mother is in need you should be there for her. Now if you are to uncomfortable then you should get someone to do it or whatever is best for her well being.

Yes, so many times I’ve been sick my mum used to wash me and clothes me. My parents have passed away now. But Mr and my brother we did our very best washing and clothes our mum. It’s a man or sister responsibility. Me and my brother did our responsibility as true men.
