If you want certain things to go to a certain person, you should make one.
We don’t but it is on our priority list. You can do your own here in the United States then have it notarized at your bank. Our bank notarizes for free for members.
You do need to follow your state rules which you can look up.

Please make it a priority. My best friend just died on the surgery table, and she didn’t get her will changed. Now, it’s a BIG mess. She told me and at least for other people that she needed to change and told us the changes. It is going to court, and the friends are going to testify so I said I will too. It may not matter but we are going to bat for our deceased friend and her boyfriend, they were married but under the sun and wind. It was a hippie wedding☮️
