The meaning of life is understanding our purpose, our reason for being created.
The meaning of life, after our purpose is understood, is to make countless time count.
The meaning of life is trying our best to enjoy every moment of living according to our purpose.
Time doesn’t count on needs, nor is it affected by anyone or anything. It never changes. It doesn’t go back, it doesn’t stay still, it does take a break, it doesn’t even go forward, and surely it doesn’t wait. Yet, instead, time goes on forever without an expiration date.
Therefore, since we humans have a time to expire in this physical life and not a clue when that time will end, making every moment meaningful according to our purpose of creation as humans should be our focus, striving daily to love each other with brotherly love and help one another by showing each other compassion.
We must also be truly forgiving of one another because we bear no right to be so upset at each for making mistakes against each other, no matter the size of the mistake. Especially not when we give careful thought to how God’s wrath compares with ours.
We could easily be not forgiven for every wrongful sin, big and small, known and unknown, simply punished at once on the spot without a chance to even feel remorseful or a chance to repent.
Think about it! We sin unknowingly at times. How would we feel if we had to be punished right away for sins we had no idea or no way of knowing that we were committing them? We’re fortunate right now to be able to ponder on the idea because God could’ve chose to act in that manner towards us, but He didn’t.
We wouldn’t be able to know or have an opinion about the matter because punishment would’ve be sudden, leaving us with a chance to do anything! And I know a lot of people would judge that it wouldn’t be fair, it wouldn’t seem fair, it wouldn’t be right, or it wouldn’t seem right. Let’s speak about that.
When we know our, accept our, take our, and remain in our place as humans, life runs smoothly. We forget that there wasn’t a need for us to be here in existence. Rules, commands, and the way things work were invented before us. Therefore, everything was already ruled fair, just, and righteous with the best understanding that proves for the best benefits for our existence.
PART 2 (continued)
Along with those rules and things were made consequences, punishments, and disciplinary actions. Just as an individual married couple set rules in their homes for their children and set punishment for if and when those rules are broken is the same concept behind the commands that were set before mankind.
We were created and put in our place in life. Now, we could’ve been placed here without any abilities to make decisions on our own. However, to prevent things from being forced upon us, we were given free will: free speech, free living, free to make choices. We can either choose to follow the guidelines that were already set for our lives because no matter what, it’s what’s best for our existence and we can never go wrong with that choice. Or, we can freely choose not to and set out on a different course.
Remember, just because we were granted free will doesn’t mean that when we choose otherwise than the path that’s in our best interest, it somehow grants us a free break pass that exempts us from the consequences, punishments, and disciplinary actions. No. Instead, we actually become subjected to the such.
Therefore, we automatically accept that we will live to suffer consequences and punishments for not choosing to follow the rules and commands that guarantees us a life of longevity. We would think that we’d all automatically choose to follow the already set commands, right? Because who doesn’t want the best for their life?
But that’s just it. We were born into imperfection, into sin, and before Christs’ sacrifice, with us having to pay for our sins in exchange by our death.
Still, sadly snd unfortunately, many are okay with exchanging paying for their sins with their demise because not everyone wants to live good lives. There are people who don’t want to be good individuals but rather enjoy being mean, evil, and wicked and toward others. They willingly accept and admit they know they’re going to hell. Unbelievable, but true.
Since we are forgiven regularly and even for the most atrocious of our actions as humans, which could easily be the opposite, we should be forgiving one another regularly as well. We have the free will to choose not to forgive, sure. However, we won’t be forgiven the same when it really will count.
We don’t want to end up regretting not forgiving someone else after this physical life and the time for judgement is upon our souls, all because we couldn’t get pass our stubbornness, or because we allowed our hardened heart to remain in place toward another individual. In the same manner, we will get the same treatment done back to us, but worse because we decided to take matters into our own hands, ruling and judging according to our own selfish imperfect ways, ultimately ignoring the command we were given and that’s to forgive.
That also goes for our ways in which we treat others. Sometimes, others treat us bad despite the good we’ve bestowed upon them. The reason we’re still advised to keep being and doing good and not repay others evil for good is because that other person will get there’s in return and worse for treating us bad. Also, we will get our reward in sevenfold for choosing to remain good, because believe it or not at the same time, we’re giving witnessing testimony for God of His existence and of Him being all good, all fair, all righteous, and all just at all times.
For instance, consider this:
You treat: good You get treated: good
Your Reward = All is good at all times
You treat: good You get treated: bad You again treat: good²
Your Reward = (+) 7 times Good
Other get treated: good Other treat: bad Other again get treated: good
Other’s Reward = (-) 7 times Good (+) 7 times Bad
You treat: good You get treated: bad You treat again: bad
Your Reward = (-) 7 times Good (+) Bad you got treated stands as so
If most people knew how many blessings, or rather for a better understanding, how many great riches they forfeit when they decide to get revenge on someone, pay someone back for wronging them, or take matters into their own hands to make someone suffer what they felt, they wouldn’t even think twice about carrying out their actions.
It’s another thing humans are blind sighted by, eagerness to have the power to control, that of which doesn’t ultimately belong to us in order to rule, judge, and dispense punishment. What stands in the way of us wanting to have that power to control are our feelings and preferences, which is the most poorly sought out manner to render judgement, to render justice, to be so-called fair, and to be so-called righteous.
We humans feel a lot of different ways, which certainly doesn’t make us right. In fact, a lot of our feelings have us feeling we’re right when we’re actually wrong, or don’t have a right to feel the ways in which we do most times. And other times, we bring feelings upon our own selves for nothing, but then attempt to blame others for those feelings which is totally wrong!
We should neither be on the bandwagon and be in such a haste to judge that we haven’t committed sin that was so bad, that we haven’t committed sin that’s considered so evil or wicked, or that we our own self haven’t committed sin that was so wrong.
Why? Because remember, we commit sin that we don’t realize we commit. How do we know what’s considered what and on what levels regarding those unknown sins? There’s only One who knows, not us, so don’t be so sure. It’s better to hope that we haven’t, instead.
The meaning of life is living out our purpose for being created backed by desire and love.
The meaning of life is desiring happiness, freedom, and all good things for others the same as we want for ourselves.
The meaning of life is desiring to love and help others the same as we love and want to help ourselves.
The meaning of life is everyday, throughout everyday, in the manners which we behave and between selecting the choices we make, always choosing to put God first!
Because when we do, what He has stored up for us, there’s absolutely nothing that can measure up to, nor be even considered, let alone be worth enough to be nearly enough to compete with.
And when we do, He sends us people and things in this physical life to help us along the way, like He has sent us Luckscout!
How can anything or anyone compete with priceless riches and gifts that we humans can even begin to fathom the infinite value of? It’s inevitably impossible!
Oh.ok, I don’t think I have any words to answer this question. The best think I can day about life. Is that I’m alive and I’m living my life the best way as possible with joy, fun, learning building and living my life. What is the meaning of life?
We may all have our different options on this question different answers.
I couldn’t even answer this question, I’m just free and living it.
Life means existence meaning, These three things- creating, learning & contributing – are three big sources of meaning in life. They can work independently – meaning, you can make your life feel meaningful by building it around one of these.
Hello sis Rachel, how’s life? Good to hear from you
The meaning of life is varying to everyone. However,I think we all believe that we are fortunate to awaken and rest every day and night, that we all strive to do our best.We also live and act on our free will, and that we are aware that we still have many things to attempt and to complete. Also, many of us as the years pass believe that life is like a seesaw, ups and downs. But no matter what, life is a beautiful and wonderful experience and it is what we make it.
I couldn’t agree more!
It’s waking up every day knowing you have a chance to make today better than yesterday. It’s the chance to nurture and love and teach the one’s that are in your care( such as children). To know that one day your very existence can make a change in a person’s life, hopefully good but not always the case. There is so many ways to express the meaning of life.
So, the meaning of life…..
So what allows us to continue to have life are things like food, water and oxygen.
Then, there are our choices which clarifies life.
Finally, intentional positive actions and hope create goals and direction for life.
The actual meaning of life isn’t the same for each person as we create the meaning. That is what makes us unique as humans.
Whatever a person’s meaning is for their life, it will satisfy their soul and make them feel fulfilled. Thus, giving their life meaning.
- Purpose and Fulfillment: Many believe that the meaning of life lies in finding and fulfilling a purpose that gives one’s existence significance and satisfaction.
- Spiritual and Religious Views: Various religious and spiritual traditions offer explanations, often involving a connection to a higher power, spiritual growth, or achieving enlightenment.
- Human Connections: For some, the meaning of life revolves around relationships and connections with others, fostering love, empathy, and shared experiences.
- Learning and Growth: Life’s purpose may be seen as a journey of learning, growth, and personal development, where individuals strive to improve themselves and contribute positively to the world.
- Existentialism: Existentialist views propose that life’s meaning is subjective and must be created by each individual through their actions, choices, and reflections.
Ultimately, the quest for the meaning of life is deeply personal and can vary widely among different individuals and cultures. It’s a question that invites introspection, exploration of values, and a search for what gives life its most profound significance.
What is the meaning of life? Difficult question. I think there is no clear answer to this question, there’s as many opinions as there are people. For some it will be achieving goals, for others it will be fulfillment in the family….For me, that means living with dignity and happiness, without judging anyone along the way.
Great response I agree with you the meaning of life is whatever you want it to be in my opinion, for example for me it’s love and happiness and creating love within my family. It’s not about material things as once your gone it’s doesn’t matter but what does matter is what you leave behind in your children and therefor there children. Morals values respect love kindness. I just hope I do these things to the fullest.
Thank you Chloe for your comment. You’re right that it’s not about material things, memories are more important to me and I try to pass that on to my children. I also tell them every day that moral principles and ethics should be the basis of every person.
I believe we we’re all put on this earth with different paths set before us. We go through different challenges and obstacles every day, and we’re given choices in order to become better, or sometimes we choose the wrong path…. but, in order to get to a better place, we have to stay the course! Stay focused, determined, and keep our minds right. One day we will reach our greater purpose! But, most importantly, we have to let God guide and direct our feet on the path we need to be on. He will lead us to greater pastures! Life definitely has many meanings to each and every individual, but I believe God is our greatest destiny, and with him in our hearts, he will lead us to our greatest outcome in life!

Hi Fannie!!
