It’s depends who I’m who I’m talk with or who I want to or not want to talk with on the phone, if someone I don’t like. The greedy electric company too greedy want too much of my money then I go in the company chat room and text so I don’t need to talk on the phone. In the chat room I can get away with anything..lol
