Is blood really thicker than water?

I believe that blood is thicker than water.  My dad used to say “Family always comes first”.  We have had some crazy things happen in our family and they all still talk to me.  But I am one that goes at the issue head on and they know it.

That’s what they said but there’re so many reasons to disbelief that

Yes,  blood can be thicker than water, then that will depend on One’s bond with the family itself.
